Today I had a lovely conversation, sitting by the canal at 5 Rise locks in Bingley (Bradford). The kind of conversation that fires up your brain and heart and stays with you for ages after.

I also have had some amazing conversations online about art and drawing in the last few days. Generous artists like Deborah and Lou and Anni, who have shared their enthusiasm and ideas and knowledge.

And it's made me think about how connection is the thing that matters. Online or in real life. Less scrolling and more connection.
