We cleaned today. A proper spring clean (and what a joy to feel well enough to do it with some gusto). Then this evening we did toad patrol. 49 toads moved to safety (23 killed before we could get to them). Toad migration is go (so please slow down/avoid these beautiful critters if you are driving over the next few weeks at night).

While we were eating tea, we watched Gladiators on the telly and it was such daft joy. Reader, I sketched it.
